Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time
Estimated delivery is 4–5 business days from dispatch, depending on your delivery location. Remote or non-serviceable pin codes may take longer.

Shipping Partners
We ship via trusted courier partners including Xpressbees, Shadowfax, and Delhivery across India.

Pin Code Serviceability
Delivery is available across most pin codes in India. If your pin code is not serviceable, you will be notified at the time of checkout or after order placement.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on eligible orders. A nominal COD handling fee may apply. OTP verification may be required at the time of delivery.

Prepaid Orders
Prepaid orders via UPI, debit/credit card, or net banking are dispatched on priority.

Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or WhatsApp. You can also track your order on the courier partner's website using your AWB number.

Damaged in Transit
If your product arrives damaged due to transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
